- Any intention to use the property for other purposes must be approved by the hosts. This includes but is not limited to film productions or productions of any kind, parties such as birthdays, weddings, etc, pop up shops, photography sessions, and any other large gathering including visiting guests that are not part of the overnight lodging group.
- Parties, events and large gatherings are not permitted unless previously organized with the hosts, $1000 penalty for parties.
- No smoking inside the house.
- Noise must be kept low after 9pm Sunday through Thursday and 12am Fridays and Saturdays.
- Please be respectful of neighbors in regards to noise and guest behavior.
- No confetti in the house!
- Do not flush feminine products, it causes major plumbing issues.
