The villa includes a professional chef who will prepare meals for you (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Groceries are not included.
There is also a waiter, housekeeper, and cleaning staff who ensure the villa stays clean and comfortable every day.
Staff working hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Extended hours are available upon request and may incur an additional fee.
A villa manager is available 24/7 during your stay and speaks both English and Spanish. They can assist with reservations, excursions, activities, emergencies, golf carts, yachts, horseback riding, transportation, restaurant bookings, grocery shopping, golf courses, tennis courts, and more. This service is included in your reservation.
We also offer a pre-arrival grocery shopping service so everything is ready for you upon arrival. Simply send us your list. This service costs $100 USD plus the cost of groceries.
